ENGLEWOOD — Port Charlotte survived a scare from Kathleen Friday night at the Ryon D. Provencher Holiday Tournament hosted by Lemon Bay.

The Pirates led for nearly the entire game, and by double digits for most of the second half, but a late surge by the Red Devils ended with Port Charlotte holding on for a 68-67 victory.
