LWMC begins $1.3 million exterior spruceup

Lake Wales Medical Center has begun a $1.3 million project to spruce up the exterior of its facility at 410 S. 11th St., at the corner of State Road 60 and 11th Street.

The project includes weatherproofing and repainting the building, adding new landscaping, repaving visitor and parking areas, adding new lighting to the parking areas, and installing signage and landscaping along S.R. 60 in front of the hospital.
