Cities dressed in green

Bartow Mayor James Clements hosted the Ridge League of Cities annual event Thursday night at the Bartow Civic Center.

There were 187 representatives from more than 20 municipal governments on hand at the Bartow Civic Center Thursday, March 13, mostly dressed in green for the annual Ridge of the League of Cities banquet.

One representative, Lake Wales City Councilman Jonathan Thornhill came fully dressed for the event in some celebration for St. Patrick’s Day wearing a huge green hat, glasses and a Shamrock tie.
