NORTH PORT — A sea of red took over City Hall on Tuesday afternoon as dozens of disgruntled residents reminded the North Port City Commission about the ever-growing landscape — and problem — of Panacea Boulevard.
“Panacea is beautiful, it’s just not maintained,” said Carmine Coronato, a resident since May. “You get 500 yards into Panacea and it looks like jungle avenue. It’s ridiculous. This is part of North Port, this is part of the city.”
