Forecasts show another hot week of abnormally high temperatures for Charlotte County compared to last year’s February highs, according to the National Weather Service. Southwest Floridians can expect patches of fog on this morning’s commute to work, but otherwise the week should be dry.
Before 9 a.m., forecast show patchy fog, but an otherwise partly sunny day with high temperatures around 86 degrees. A southeast wind of 5 to 8 mph is also expected for this afternoon. Tonight’s forecast show a partly cloudy night with lows around 66 degrees. A calm wind is forecast to turn east around 5 mph after midnight.
