An advisory committee for the Charlotte Harbor Community Redevelopment Agency peppered Sunseeker Resort experts with questions about water views, water pollution and water safety.
It was likely the last debate that the advisory committee will conduct about any project proposed in Charlotte Harbor. New rules are proposed to eliminate the committee’s ability to discuss specific projects in this neighborhood designated as blighted after Hurricane Charley. The committee will be left with the ability to advise on overall policy, as it did when it helped designate the rules now guiding Sunseeker.
