There’s an old Florida restaurant on the Braden River that uses snakes to form the letters of the restaurant’s name. This same place has “Chunk of Skunk” on its menu, just above “Swirl of Squirrel” and “Poodles ‘n’ Noodles.” There’s also a human leg hanging out of an alligator’s mouth.

“Take a gander,” said David LaRusso, general manager of Linger Lodge. “This is a part of Florida you don’t normally see.”
