After Norman Caudill complained about his poor television reception from DIRECTV, he said a technician installed a replacement receiver and adjusted the satellite dish. Norman then signed what he described as an “electronic box” for receipt of his new receiver.
But three months later, the 83-year-old Port Charlotte resident said he still had reception issues. Since Norman had been with DIRECTV for more than the two-year required contractual period, he changed providers and canceled DIRECTV.
