The restaurants are more crowded, the roads are packed and lodging establishments are busy taking bookings for the coming months. Certainly, if you are in the tourism industry, this is your favorite time of year.

In the past few years, as the economy was improving, some leasing agents in the area had suggested visitors reserve vacation rentals a year or more in advance. While that may not be necessary for all rental types, the fact is that the outlook this season for owners and leasing agents of rental properties is very good.
