Lisa Hauser stands by a non-functioning pool at a vacant residence on Templar Lane that she said is a health hazard due to mold growing over the deck. DEEP CREEK — Five years ago, Larry Allder was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system. As such, Allder was warned by doctors to avoid threats to his health due to his compromised immune system.
