Republican Club gets ‘Hog Wild’ at BBQ

The Charlotte County Republican Club held its annual “Hog Wild BBQ” outing at the Punta Gorda Bayfront YMCA on Saturday. The event was attended by city, county, state and federal officials with a portion of the proceeds benefiting St. Vincent De Paul. A down home BBQ meal was catered by Wally’s Old Fashioned Florida BBQ and some good old folk and bluegrass music was provided by Dave Heveron.
