Forecasters are predicting Tuesday will be the coldest night in recent memory for Southwest Florida, but it is unclear whether the cold weather will adversely affect citrus or fish.
Charlotte County Emergency Management Director Wayne Sallade said Sunday it will be “about the deepest cold we’ve had in about four years. We’re looking at temperatures in the upper 20s (in inland areas of the county).”
