CHARLOTTE COUNTY — About a year ago, Charlotte County E911 administrator Laurene Anderson began working on a project she felt would help people understand certain aspects of public safety that sometimes are undervalued. That project is now complete, and the unique resource is available to the public.
“There’s a lot going on behind the scenes (at the E911 center) that people don’t hear about,” Anderson said. “I wanted people to learn about that so they can have a new outlook on different things we do.”
