More scores show slips

While Florida students performed better on the 2014 end-of-course assessment tests overall compared with 2013, Charlotte County test scores declined in two subjects.

The Florida Department of Education released the end-of-course assessment tests results Monday. The tests indicate student performance for grades six through 12 on all end-of-course assessments given throughout the school year in the subjects of algebra I, geometry, and biology I. Students in grades seven through 12 took the U.S. history end-of-course assessment.
