Angel Edward Hoyt, 24, of Punta Gorda, Fla., died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013.
He was born Feb. 10, 1989, in Meriden, Conn., and moved to Florida with his family in 2001.
Angel will be missed every day by his family and friends, and his best friend — his dog, Lucky.
He is survived by his loving family, including his mother, Karen Wheeler; stepfather, Keith Wheeler of Port Charlotte, Fla.; sisters, Tiffany Hoyt of Port Charlotte, Zumy Hoyt of Pensacola, Fla., Sheena Astromowicz of Meriden, Ashley Hoyt of Port Charlotte, and Heather Hoyt of Port Charlotte; brothers, Brian Hoyt of Port Charlotte, and Joshua Hoyt of Port Charlotte; grandmother, Eloise Spigelmyer of Venice, Fla.; niece, Kayla Hoyt of Port Charlotte; and nieces, Aishamarie Lemire and Alyssia Noland of Meriden.
A celebration of Angel’s life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at New Day Christian Church, 20212 Peachland Blvd., Port Charlotte.
