Frank L. Imm, 77, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at his home in Port Charlotte, Fla.
He was born Sept. 22, 1936, in Charlotte. N.Y., the son of Henry Imm and Pauline Lewis Imm Steger.
Frank served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked for the Chautauqua County Highway Department for 32 years. Frank was a life member of the Sinclairville Fire Department, and held several board positions with the Highway Credit Union. He enjoyed beef farming, gardening and his dog, Jasmine.
Frank will be greatly missed by his wife, Joan Spencer-Imm; children, Mark (Julia) Imm, Justine (Brian) Marz, Michael (Wendy) Imm, Dale (Cindy) Spencer, Brian (Angela) Spencer, Rhonda (Gary) Garrison, Sandra (Randy) Eberline and Teresa Spencer; sisters, Rosella Carlson and Harriet Hoffower; brothers, Bill (Virginia) Imm and Gene Steger; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Jim Hoffower; and granddaughter, Jessica (nee Marz) Rosas.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
