NORTH PORT — The North Port girls soccer team’s struggles on offense carried over from its 1-0 loss to Lakewood Ranch on Tuesday, as the Bobcats were held scoreless again, this time 2-0 by Riverview.

The Bobcats and Rams had fought to a 0-0 deadlock by halftime with neither side giving much on defense. Both teams threatened to score with a pair of shots on goal each, but none of them ever stood much of a chance of going in the net.
