Turnovers doom Lemon Bay in loss to Naples
ENGLEWOOD — Nothing turns the tides of a basketball game quite like turnovers.
Lemon Bay committed 21 Friday night on the opening day of the Ryan D. Provencher Holiday Shootout, blowing an early 12-point lead and falling to Naples 82-67 on its home floor. Eight of those turnovers came in the third quarter, where the Golden Eagles went from three points down at halftime to up 56-48 after three quarters.
