Manta Rays look to establish identity under Southwell

ENGLEWOOD — For two years in a row, the Lemon Bay football team has had to adjust to drastic changes within the program.

Last year, Don Southwell replaced six-year coach D.J. Ogilvie as head coach after Ogilvie accepted a position as the athletic director of United Local High School in Hanoverton, Ohio.
