Babcock Ranch, Murdock Village, Project Hills, West Villages, Sunseeker Resort, Marriott suites, Charlotte Commons, the Fishery redevelopment project — there are literally thousands of homes, apartments, condominiums and hotel rooms on the construction docket for Charlotte and Sarasota counties.

Add in a spring training stadium, restaurants, resort amenities, an assisted living facility, a water park, numerous new or growing neighborhoods in North Port and Englewood and perhaps hundreds of various commercial facilities.
