PUNTA GORDA — Hundreds of colorful bike signs have been popping up around town, leaving many residents south of the Peace River to wonder, “What are they and what do they mean?” After all, it’s not like the initials WL, BR, PG and TG mean much to folks outside of local bike circles and city government.
