ARCADIA — Charles Junior Lee, formerly the elected marshal of the Arcadia Police Department, entered a plea of no contest Tuesday to charges of obtaining property by fraud and official misconduct. The state dropped a third charge — grand theft of more than $100,000.

Sentencing is expected to take place within 30 days. A hearing will be scheduled for both Lee and the state to present witnesses.
