Party celebrates opening of Little-Minnows

Little-Minnows, “A Boutique for Children and Those Who Love Them,” was center of attention during a grand-opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at Fishermen’s Village, 1200 W. Retta Esplanade, on Nov. 1. The shop is owned by Cerissa Dillow.
