Bob Mignault is a very patriotic individual. A Vietnam-era veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he served from 1963 to 1967 and is extremely proud of his service.

The owner of Burnt Store Grille, Mignault wanted to do something for veterans, active duty personnel and first responders at his business to demonstrate his appreciation for their service. He thought of designing a table in his restaurant with a patriotic theme to remember those who have served and are still serving today.
