Doug LeClaire took the microphone during the Business Over Breakfast networking event to speak about Asbury Shorts USA, which he formed in 1981 as a “non-competitive touring exhibition of award-winning short films.” He was in town promoting his recent show, which took place March 11 at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center.
