PUNTA GORDA — Twenty-eight Charlotte County Jail inmates made it a time of reflection, learning and purpose, culminating in their graduation Friday from three different programs.

One was an eight-week session leading to earning their GED, the equivalent of a high school diploma. The other two were faith-based addiction recovery and anger-management programs for men and women.
