This three-bedroom, two-bath, two-car garage home at 2485 Amnesty Drive, North Port, built in 2003 and with 1,384 square feet of space, was sold last month for $109,000 by Jason Ester of RE/MAX Anchor Realty in North Port. It was a bank-owned foreclosure that needed cosmetic work.
