Danny L. Roach, 55, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away suddenly Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013, at home.
He was born Sept. 6, 1958, in White Salmon, Wash., to Raymond and JoAnn Bennett.
As a teen, Danny was a volunteer firefighter, then spent many years in construction. He took great pride in being a family man, and loved being a dad and a grandpa. Dan was a loving, caring person who would do anything for his family, as well as his extended family. He was a practical joker and enjoyed baking muffins for people.
Danny will be greatly missed by his loving wife, best friend and soul mate of 29 years, Lynn; son, Daniel (Kristi); daughters, Nicole (Ryan) and Amber; his beloved cat, Squiddy; grandchildren, Courteney, Aubrey, Destiney, Hailey, Janice, Haiden, Wyatt and Aurora; brother, Mark (Sandy); sister, Dianna (Guy); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother; and best friends, Skinny Dan and Janis.
