Anthony Moros Jr., 82, of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Ann Arbor, Mich., passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014, in Ann Arbor.
He was born Aug. 24, 1931, in Cuba.
Anthony moved to the area in 1968, from Ann Arbor. He served in the U.S. Marines, and he was a retired clinical psychologist. Anthony was a member of the Moose Lodge and Lifetime Honor Member of Sheriff Youth Ranch. He attended the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints.
Anthony is survived by his sister, Mercedes “Mercy” Triana; nieces, Dr. Elizabeth Triana-Katzen, Denice Triana Redden and Elena Triana Chadwick all of Port Charlotte; nephew, Peter-John Triana of Port Charlotte; one great-niece; six great-nephews; and many lifetime friends.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2014, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1303 Forrest Nelson Blvd., Port Charlotte, Fla. 33952.
