Mary L. McIntosh, 86, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Saturday May 31, 2014.
She was born June 27, 1927, in Columbus, Kan., and moved to this area in 1980 from Livonia, Mich.
Mrs. McIntosh was a homemaker. She was an avid bridge player, and a member of Pilgrim United Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughters, Barbara (Jay) Beardslee of Punta Gorda, Fla., Susan (Robert) Giacherio of Lake Wales, Fla., and Carol (Ken) Wagner of Gainesville, Fla.; sons, Paul (Linda) of Houghton Lake, Mich., David (Maureen) of The Villages, Fla., and John (Cindy) of Canton, Mich.; sisters, Carol Fournier of Punta Gorda, Judy (Al) Olsen of Laughlin, Nev., Virginia Lark of Taylor, Mich., and Sandra (John) Krohn of Marco Island, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Drs. Mark Callman and Kenneth Reiss, and the staff at Fawcett Memorial Hospital for their wonderful care of Mrs. McIntosh.
