SEBRING — Although there were a few arrests at the 12 Hours of Sebring race, which ended Saturday, the crowd was well behaved.

“When you compare this amount of arrests to the rest of the county during the same time frame, the crowd — which is comparable to the number of people in the county outside the facility — was extremely well behaved,” said Highlands County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Scott Dressel.

The following were arrested and charged early Saturday morning, just after midnight Friday.

Kevin S. Dale, 35, of New London, Ohio — misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia

Logan Allen Kunz, 36, of Sebring – battery, criminal mischief (property damage).

Rachel Hayden Lee, 40, of Sebring – battery

Jeffrey Pedraza, 38, of Sebring – battery

Phillip Phillips, 21, of Avon Park – resisting a law enforcement officer without violence

Christopher M. Roberts, 37, of Columbus, Ohio — misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug

The following was arrested early Sunday morning, just after midnight Saturday:

Christopher Lee Tyler, 26, of Lake Placid — disorderly intoxication.
