SEBRING — Vivian Bowling didn’t have difficulty relating to the situation that JCPenney’s Sebring store has faced during the past two months after Hurricane Irma.

Bowling, who was one of hundreds of shoppers who attended the Lakeshore Mall store’s reopening Sunday, said her residence experienced severe damage, including having the roof peel off, during the hurricane.
