SEBRING — The Marine Corps League goes back to its founding in 1923 by John LeJeune and its Congressional foundation in 1937, however, its principles are rooted in the traditions and loyalty of the United States Marines Corp. The League upholds the famous Marine Corps motto of “Semper Fidelis,” meaning always faithful.

Antome established a successful chapter in Clermont and thought he would try to establish one in Highlands County. Sebring had a chapter some time ago, but it disbanded for lack of participation.
