Foresters learn public information

SEBRING — Before wildfire season starts back up, members of the Florida Forest Service have taken some time to do prescribed burns, check on equipment and train on giving out information.

A class of a half-dozen Forest Service personnel from several different districts of Florida gathered last week at the Sebring station on County Road 17 for a double dose of training in dealing with the public and the press.
