After another night of watching too much TV and checking my phone too much, I began to feel guilty about another wasted evening. You see, over and over and over I have taken time to reflect on the things I “really want” and what I have to do to get there. Over and over and over, I have come up with the same answers — I want to read more and write more and in order to do that I have to get away from both the TV and my other screens.
The one positive thing, or potentially positive thing, is that while I was checking my phone just one more time, I ran across an email which included an article titled, “13 Things to Improve Your Life.” The author was the late Jim Rohn, a world-renowned American entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker.
