The first step in awareness is what we tell ourselves. If we think we are sick, unhealthy, are we not telling ourselves this is our reality and thus putting energy into this kind of manifestation in the physical body?

For example, let’s examine what we express in “the back.” Many people complain of back pain. We can be aware of back pain when sitting, standing, walking or doing chores. What is a solution? How can we relieve back pain at the office or at home?
