Sebring Chamber recognizes locals, businesses

JAY MEISEL/STAFF Dusty Johnson was recognized as Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce board member of the year at the annual chamber president. Jully Fells, incoming chamber board chairwoman and Rob Bullock, outgoing Chamber board chairman, presented the award.

JAY MEISEL/STAFF Alan Jay Wildstein, owner of Alan Jay Auttomotive Network, was co-winner of the George Hensley Citizen of the Year Award at the Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce banquet.

SEBRING — When the Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce gave out awards at its annual banquet Thursday, Hurricane Irma was at least a consideration indirectly.

Three of the awards were presented to businesses or individuals for their work to help the community recover.
