Myrna Sue Pennel Kidd, age 68, passed away on Dec. 6, 2017 at her home in Sebring, Florida, with her beloved pet Misty at her side. She was born May 9, 1949 to Fern Pennel Roberts Wallis and Jaycee Pennel of Okene, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Fern, and her father, Jaycee; brothers, Don, Gary, Cale, and Michael; and her husband, Ryan, of 38 years, who was her high school sweetheart. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Russell and Carla Stoner of Claremore, Oklahoma; brothers, Alan Pennel and Carl Francis “Bobby” Roberts, both of Salina, Oklahoma; nephews, Larry Pennel, Kale Pennel, Brendan and Marybeth Brosky; and nieces, Lora and Kenny Stiles and Laurie and Chris Thompson; as well as many grand-nephews and nieces.
Myrna was an award-winning artist who has artwork on display at a museum in Salina, Oklahoma. She was a manicurist and a licensed realtor as well as a computer genius. Myrna was known for her honesty, directness, sense of humor and the most beautiful smile in the world. She just so happened to be the most fabulous, beautiful and caring wife, sister and friend that there ever was and she will be missed beyond measure.
