James Harry Windsor, 78, of Sebring, passed away Feb. 13, 2018 at Highlands Regional Hospital. He was born April 15, 1939 to the late John Milton and Mary Edna Windsor in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He was a realtor and retired staff sergeant of the United States Air Force. He was of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Windsor; daughters, Cheryl Baptiste of East Falmouth, Massachusetts, Lisa Windsor, of Burlington, New Jersey, Pamela Taylor of Hinesville, Georgia, and Danica Hicks of Browns Mills, New Jersey; stepson, Andri Benjamin; brothers, John Milton Windsor Jr. of Forest Ville, Maryland, and B. Randy Windsor of Odenton, Maryland; sister, Delores Proctor of Brandywine, Maryland, Ethel Nelson of Capitol Height, Maryland, and Phyllis Windsor of Sebring; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Faith Pentecostal House of God, 956 W. Hal McRae Blvd., 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24 with Pastor Bobby Carmichael officiating. Cremation arrangements by the Neptune Society.
