On Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018, Vivian Zurillda Ryals Taylor Perry went to be with the Lord at the age of 78. Surrounded by her family and being true to her personality, Vivian remained in control until her passing, sharing smiles with the family and ensuring each knew what needed to be done. This moment will be so fondly remembered and added to the many already tucked away deeply in our hearts.
A longtime resident of Sebring, Vivian will lovingly be remembered by her husband of 29 years, Ronald Perry; and her children, Larry (Karen) Taylor and Cheryl (Tim) Kressly. Vivian will also be dearly remembered by her three grandchildren, Riley, Peterson and Sophia Kressly; her sister, Frances Brigman; and sister-in-law, Deborah (Robert) Ward.
Vivian was predeceased by her father, William Ryals; her mother, Zurillda Adler Ryals Whelchel; her sister, Helen Smith; and first husband of 27 years, Larry Taylor Sr.
A celebration of Vivian’s life will be held at Dowden Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018 with visitation starting at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the Leukemia Research Foundation or the Humane Society of Highlands County.
