It was a beautiful day Saturday to welcome the 51st annual Fine Arts Festival to downtown Sebring. No wind or rain this year to spoil the fun for thousands who flocked to the Circle to enjoy shopping, food and musical entertainment in the Park.

The event was coordinated by the Highlands Art League (HAL) and presented by Duke Energy. According to HAL, this is a highly anticipated opportunity for residents and visitors to start their holiday shopping with some of the best fine artists and crafters around the Southeast.
