LAKE PLACID — The 2017 annual World Famous Wild Game Dinner was another success for the Lake Placid Noon Rotary. The dinner is a major fundraising event for the organization. This year’s dinner, which was held Dec. 2, was the 14th installment of the annual affair. Festivities began at 6 p.m. at Parker Island in Lake Placid and didn’t start winding down until around 10 p.m.

Always well attended, this year saw over 800 attendees enjoy nearly perfect weather under the oaks as they took in the lavish spread of food, drinks, prizes, and auctioned items, as well as live music.
