SEBRING — “A lot of energy in here,” said customer Michael McGathey, describing why he likes to eat at Sandy’s Circle Cafe. And he’s right. Besides Christmas in the air, you’ll be taken in by the cheerfulness of the staff, the hustle and bustle in the kitchen and the hapiness of people enjoying breakfast or a meal at Sandy’s.

Located on the downtown Sebring Circle at 213 S. Circle Dr., Sandy’s Circle Cafe serves homemade food that looks good and tastes even better. That’s becuase owner Sandy Jones and her partner, Cy Barret, are in the kitchen working as a team to put out one order after another. Jones seems to have a constant smile on her face, even though she never stops. That’s where all “the energy” begins.
