All of us like to hear stories about hardworking people who get ahead in life. Well, Ayla Akel is one of those people. She’s from Turkey, but on a vacation trip nine years ago, she decided to move to Fort Myers by herself. With a degree in business administration, she wanted to have her own business and opened a pizzeria.

In 2010, she sold the pizza restaurant and opened an All American Grill in Estero. She also bought a rental home in Sebring on Lake Jackson. That’s when she fell in love with Highlands County and made the decision to relocate her All American Grill to Sebring.
