Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Tampa are going to the dogs.

The second annual installment of Southeastern Guide Dogs’ “Superheroes on Parade” fundraising campaign is going beyond last year’s exhibit of more than 50 artist-decorated Labrador retriever sculptures designed and made by artist Scott Joseph Moore.
