Lazy River Village residents turned out in large numbers to honor their manager and staff for their efforts during and after Hurricane Irma. Community manager Justine Mackie did an outstanding job keeping everyone informed, encouraging all to evacuate, checking and worrying continually through out the storm and afterward.

Justine worked over and above to keep everyone safe. Office manager Emma Tripett assisted in every way possible. Dan Wilhelmy, maintenance, working with custodian Ken Paull were both on duty around the clock helping residents get ready to evacuate and cleaning up following the storm.
