JACKSONVILLE — Haley Blem wasn’t leaving without a medal. So she went home with two instead.
The Lemon Bay High School junior made sure of that at the Class 2A state track meet on Friday, running a strong anchor leg in the 3,200-meter relay, spurring the Manta Rays to a fifth-place finish in the event.
