Man renews relief effort in the Philippines

After spending January in Venice raising funds for a mercy mission to his adoptive home in the Philippines, Thomas Guay headed there with plans to rebuild his son’s school.

Back in the States now, his plans dashed by red tape, price-gouging and corruption, he’s doing the only sensible thing: raising money to go back and try again.
