A ‘new’ Pineapples Island Grill will open mid-October as two experienced restaurant managers, Chef Joel Sardinha and his wife Robbie, take over the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
“When we first heard the name Pineapples, we realized it was just our project,” Joel said. “All we could think about was fresh seafood, ingredients and vegetables and all the things to blend in and influence.”
