For much of his life, Mike Levine was managing manufactured home communities until making a complete change by acquiring the first of five Sonny’s restaurants. Deciding to retire, he sold all five but soon realized he needed a job and volunteered at the Salvation Army.
Then, a little more than 18 months ago, he was offered a challenge suiting his personality. A franchise business needing remodeling had become available. With an assistant, he took over the Venice office of Home Instead Senior Care, a successful national franchise.
